Google has recently launched Google pages for every one now you can create your own public pages for your business, institute, blog etc... Now its easy to share your thoughts or you business using Google+, it is just like a Facebook page which you have used earlier, and it also very easy to create. To create a Google+ page first head over to https://plus.google.com/pages/createand then choose the your category of your business as from the picture.
and then fill the information in the boxes of add info, as I have selected here company institution or organization.
